Garden City Community College Scholarship Auction Set for April 8; Returns To Physical Attendance

The Garden City Community College (GCCC) Endowment Association annual scholarship auction will return to in-person attendance for the first time since 2019, on April 8.
"Lost in the 50s" is the theme for the 2022 GCCC Endowment Auction, and it will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Finney County Exhibition Building, 409 Lake Ave., in Garden City, Kan.
This year's Endowment Auction will feature both live and silent auctions and a 50/50 cash raffle. All proceeds benefit GCCC students in both academic and technical programs in the form of scholarship funds.
This event is for people 21 and older.
Admission wristbands for the event are $30 per person until April 4 when the price increases to $35. Wristbands must be purchased in advance and are not available at the door. The wristband purchase includes unlimited beverages including beer; pop; iced tea; and water, and a meal will be available at the event for an additional $15 purchase.

Wristbands may also be purchased online from the GCCC Endowment website for pick up at the will-call table at the event entrance.
