Genesis Family Health (GFH) is hosting a weeklong national campaign to mark National Health Center Week 2022 from Aug. 7 to Aug. 13 to raise awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s Health Centers and the dedicated staff who bring health care to the medically underserved.
GFH in Dodge City, Kan. will be having a coloring contest throughout the week and will have Mini Health Checks at several locations including Dodge City Housing Authority and Wilroads Feed Yard.
GFH in Garden City, Kan. will have activities throughout the week to celebrate children, agriculture workers, and patients and employees. Activities will include a coloring contest for the kids, volunteering at Emmaus House, supporting agriculture workers, celebrating patients, and recognizing employees.
Patients are invited to stop by their Dodge City or Garden City clinic on Wednesday, Aug. 10 for Patient Appreciation Day.
