Multiple Drugs and Thousands of Dollars Found in Residence; Man Arrested

The Finney County Sheriff’s Office announced on Aug. 8, the Garden City/Finney County Joint Drug Task Force arrested a man on multiple drug charges on Aug. 5.
Antonio Adame, 25, Garden City, Kan., was arrested on the alleged crimes of Possession of Cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, Possession of THC, Possession of drug paraphernalia for distribution, Possession of drug paraphernalia for use, Possession of proceeds from drugs.
Finney County Sheriff Deputies went to 2401 W. Kansas Ave Lot 15 on Aug. 5, to conduct a follow-up investigation in relation to a theft case.
While at the residence, deputies made contacted with the residents including Adame. During this contact, Deputies smelled a heavy odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence.
Surveillance was conducted of the residence and a search warrant for the residence was applied for and granted.
At about 3:30 p.m., Adame was observed leaving the residence. Adame was detained as members of the Garden City/Finney County Joint Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Garden City/Finney County Joint SWAT team executed a search warrant at the residence.
A search of the residence resulted in locating and seizing 25 grams of THC products, 23.5 grams of cocaine, 200.7 grams of marijuana, numerous items of drug paraphernalia for drug use, numerous items of drug paraphernalia for drug distribution, and $5,706.00 in cash.
Antonio Adame was lodged in the Finney County Jail for the allegations.
