WINTER EXPO OF SOUTHWEST KANSAS
FEBRUARY 2-4
Vendors will need to pick the correct "ticket" to get the space they need. Make sure to read each description carefully.
- There are Vendor Spaces: 10x10, 10x20, 20x20 (tables and chairs are seperate)
- There are Gun Show spaces that include the table and just the table area
Set up times (must be set up by Friday at 2:30):
- Wednesday 8a-5pm
- Thursday 8:30am-7:00pm
- Friday 8:30am-2:00pm (Gun Show security starts Friday at 9 am until show close)
Show times:
- Friday, Feb 2nd 4 pm to 8 pm
- Saturday, Feb 3rd 10 am to 6 pm
- Sunday, Feb 4 10 am to 3 pm
Tear down times:
- Sunday 3 pm to 7pm
- Monday 8 am to noon
Rocking M Media reserves the right to deny vendors/merchants if there is a conflict of interest. Vendors/Merchants are responsible to collect their own sales tax and report it.
